Everything we do at Trained Ninjas, is done because we believe in challenging the status quo, we believe in thinking differently   Our goal is not to do business with every dealership that can benefit from our services but to do business with the ones who share our vision.  The ones who understand that “Business as Usual” or “Doing the same thing other dealerships do” is simply the path to mediocrity.

Many of the business leaders today are touting the rapid rate of change we are experiencing in our industry, encouraging us to “Embrace the change, or be left behind!”   But isn’t this just advice to do what everyone else is doing?  Isn’t this just a guarantee of being average?  Does one size really fit all?   Many vendors would have you believe that real change is a new and innovative way to advertise, or the latest CRM, or the latest tools utilizing artificial intelligence.    At Trained Ninjas, we believe that real change comes from within your dealership. We don’t inherently make more sales by having the most up to date tools and products, but by the way we use them.  We experience real growth by our willingness to change and put processes in place to take advantage of why we have those tools in the first place.
